This is the first time I've used Able Moving Inc., but I will definitely use them again. Moving is always stressful, but they seriously do all the work for you. Although they were later than scheduled, that was entirely out of their hands. We were the last move of the day, and the people ahead of us had way more stuff than they told the guys. But the movers called me early in the morning to give me a heads up, and they called a few times with status updates so we knew exactly what was going on.
When they arrived, they got right down to business. I have never seen guys move so much stuff so quickly. I asked if I could help, but they told me to just relax and let them do it. They clearly have a system because they were unbelievably efficient. But they were also careful with everything and did not break anything. Even when it got to be rather late in the evening on a Friday, they treated my move as if it was the first of the day.
They also explained all the paperwork very clearly, went over their insurance policy, estimate, etc. They did go about a half hour over the estimate, but I have a few very large, very heavy pieces, so I was kind of expecting that. All in all, they made it a breeze and they were all very polite and very professional. I've already recommended them to a friend who's moving next month and I will definitely use them again for my next move (which I hope won't be any time soon).
