This company should be out of business immediately. I was overcharged and had items missing and broken. When I filed a compaint with the DOT, I found out this company had lost its license and therefore were no longer insured. This is aggregious misconduct and this company has no business being allowed to continue practicing their fradulent activity. They lied about the price in their binding price quote and at the final destination they held my furniture hostage, forcing me to pay an additional $2,000 which was bogus and tacked on at the end of the move.
