They were running late due to a longer than expected move before mine and called multiple times to apologize and update me on their status. They also waived the transportation fee to make up for it. The only hitch is that you have to get your own truck (they only have a couple). It probably ends up making it cheaper in the end anyway. Also, most moving companies shrink wrap your valuables/couches/tables and they do not do that. Simply a load and unload moving company. Thanks AVL!
