I had read the reviews people wrote about AV Moving on numerous websites. Some of them were really good while some people completely advised against hiring them. But they gave me such an elusive quote for a move between New York and Maine that I just couldn’t refuse hiring them. I did have my fingers crossed the whole time though. Anyway, the movers arrived 15 minutes late. But they did call ahead and informed me that they would be late. They worked fast enough to make up for the delay. Their packing skills were quite good and there were no hassles during the loading. I was given one week time for the delivery but they delivered just after 2 days. There was a minor scratch on a coffee table. Aside from that, there was no other damage. I seriously wonder why people complained about such an efficient moving company.
