I had a move that was booked one month in advanced that I booked with the friendliest representative at ASAP Relocations. Tammy was the friendliest sales person I have ever come in contact with. She was honest with me regarding her companies reputation and was upfront with me at all times. She let me know what to expect and not. She even gave me moving tips to better help me get ready with my packing. I wasn't aware of the company and the BBB until I heard about it thru a source of mine so I was so quick to contact Tammy and confirm with her. I figured that she was going to lie to me to cover up and not lose my business but she in fact blew my mind. She told me that yeah they did have some complaints but reassured me that they had more satisfied customers than the number of complaints. She even referred me to a customer that that recently move to verify there services. I did in fact contact that customer and was surprised to hear such nice things about the movers and the customer services provided. So I decided to stick with them and take my chances. Boy was I glad that I did. They were the greatest. They took direction so good from me and were the most pleasant hard working movers. They got in worked hard and got out with out any hassles or problems. They didn't even try to get a trip from me but of course I was so grateful that I took care of them. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone I know in need of there services. They truly worked with me on all my needs and WORKED GREAT FOR ME THE CUSTOMER.
