This is my second review, the first was taken off because "All you can Move" told "Mover Reviews" I was not a customer. Another example of their lies. The Department of Transportation has investigated our complaint and found it valid (DOT reference # 100065884) and has contacted "All you Can Move and advised them they are in violation and subject to fines of no less then $1,100 per day. The Department of Transportation advised me they have had other complaints on this company. So again I say these are bad people that you do not want to work with. So here is the summary again. They gave us a quote for moving a four bedroom house halfway across the country. They show up with a six wheeler (even though contract states they will use 18 wheeler for all interstate moves) and of course our stuff won't fit. They say it will cost more now (triple the quote). The driver even told us this is what "All you can Move" does, they give low quote knowing it will be a lot more and once loaded they jack up the price. So it took three days to do an eight hour job and still didn't get all of our items. We agree to a new cost (not the cost they wanted but more the the original quote) and we pay them everything except $2000.00 which is to be paid when they deliver all the goods. They take what they can and say they will get the rest in a day or two. Week later they pick up rest of stuff and a week after that we get a call from new driver saying he has our stuff and will deliver in two hours but payment of the remaining two thousand dollars has to be cash (even though contract states check or credit card). After 4-5 hours of heated discussions with Krista (who is useless and combative) and the original driver they finally agree to take credit card. Truck shows up at my house and they refuse to take credit card now. They get in their truck to call Krista then drive off without saying anything else. Had to get a lawyer and also filed a complaint with the department of transportation. Still don't have the rest of my stuff. Thankfully I have the financial resources to fight them but a lot of people may not. These people are not good people. Please for your own sake stay away from "All you can move" and get a reputable mover. Don't believe the good reviews and think they are ok, or even halfway decent, as they are scam artists (fake good reviews) that serve no purpose but to get you in a position where they can screw you over. As I said these are bad people who you do not want to hire. Also check out other review sites, some web sites are easier then others to do fake reviews. Mover Review needs to do a better job of checking reviews as to have this scam company at # 1 is a joke. Makes one wonder if Mover Review is a scam company as well.
