ALL YOU CAN MOVE

What seemed like a friendly and customer oriented company, turned out to be less than professional. I was told different things than what is reportedly in the fine print. They were late arriving to my move, their "manager" Krista basically called me aliar when I infomred her that we were never offerred different packages. I declared all furniture items like china cabilnet and grandfather clock and specifically asked whether there was an upcharge and I was told it was included in quote. On site, I was told I have to pay extra for things like TVs, china cabinet, clock, etc to prevent them from being broken. Movers arrived late and even told me they "were not able to get things they needed on time." Also, they damaged front door of the home we were moving out of, broke a bed frame which they did not tell us about and I know they saw it when they assembled the bed. Also I hired 4 movers and only 3 showed up causing us to move until 930pm with a small child with no bed to sleep in! Interestingly, my friend who moved the next day with them had some very similar issues. Lack of honesty, 2 hrs late for arrival to her home. Pay more for a reputable company. The movers were friendly but the company lacks credibility and integrity!
