I called this company because this website gave them 5 start, but I found out that some of the people leaving ratings never used their service. Also, read the disclaimer at the bottom of MoverReviews.com. They also are not going to confirm that these are real customers. If fact, there is a website you can join that will pay you to submit reviews on companies. When I tried to reach Phillip, he was always out of the office, but was told they would pass along the message. Everything was great until I questioned the reviews and if I could inspect the truck that would be moving my stuff. They are not even in this state and would be using someone else! That wasn't mentioned in our orginal conversation. No, I would never use this company and if you search the web you will find tons of negative comments that are REAL and not made up. This is one of those negative comments and a heads up to anyone looking for a company. Research before you leap. Look at their facility, ask if they hire daily labor or have trained staff. When I called back and talked to Phillip he said he never received any phone messages from me. This is not the way to run a company and I don't find them truthful or trustworthy. Thier customer service is horrible. Unless you want a lot of headaches and worry then by all means use this company, but I wouldn't even waste my time or money. Also, I am going to call this MoverReviews.com and file a complaint that their website is misleading to consumers.
