I selected this company for two main reasons. First, their price, second, the customer service. I worked with a guy named Philip when I was getting my quote. At first I was suspicious that their price was lower. Philip really took the time to explain to my the logistics of how the move would go. He explained that they consolidate moves in some cases, when the clients are a little flexible with the delivery days so they can ship peoples stuff for way less cost. Also they own and operate their own tracker trailers. Most companies outsource to other carriers, so not only is the price higher, but there is less of a sense of responsibility from the carrier and the mover. All You Can Move does everything themselves from the pick-up, the storage, and the long-haul delivery. I did some investigating and found this all to be true.
I got my things delivered in like a week, which is exactly what they told me on the phone. It was really important to me to know exactly when I would get my things so I could take off work. Christa was the one I spoke to after the initial move. She explained that since there were other jobs, and other variables, she couldnt promise an exact time of delivery, but she gave me the truck drivers cell phone number so I could stay updated. I appreciated that they did everything they could and went out of their way to keep me informed.
