The crew was personable, efficient, and cautious. Everything got from point A to point B quickly and in good shape. It would be nice if there was an option to pay by credit card, and I really would've liked a day before confirmation call or email - moving is stressful no matter how smooth, and hearing the day before that the movers are going to be there is one of those things that helps you sleep. On the upside, they were on time and hardworking - so much so that we arrived at the new place before lunch instead of after. The new building didn't allow elevator reservation over lunch, and the movers picked up the pace to beat the clock and get it done before noon.
