If you want professional, honest, reliable service DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! I have moved cross-country three times - this being the third and the WORST! I chose this company due to the fact I needed a quick move from Utah to Texas for a new job. Things were moving fast and I was trying to relocate during the peak moving season. I was promised a 5-7 day delivery from date of pickup (June 25th) and the price was reasonable. I explain I am starting a new job and my next semester of graduate school (online) on the same date (July 9th) and I want to be settled and relaxed before then. All I hear is "I understand ... no problem ... we can do that". I felt Lauren Alexandra was an reliable and upfront sales person. WRONG!!! The moving foreman was EXCELLENT and found him very professional. Mike, if you are reading this, thank you for being so fantastic. My only complaint about the packing crew is that I had to go behind them to ensure all my belongings were packed. I found two cabinets in the kitchen were left, things were in the master bath which needed to go, and they almost left without my bike. Didn't know I had to babysit a professional packing crew. I hit the road the same day they packed my belongings. This is June 25th and expecting my belongings to arrive on the 30th or 1st of July. As I get closer to my destination, I call to find out an actual delivery date and a final bill on Tuesday June 26th before I cross into Arizona. Neither are given to me. Instead they took my belongings from Salt Lake City, Utah to Las Vegas, Nevada to sit in a storage unit - Why would they do that??? I'm thinking "no problem they will leave tomorrow." Boy was I wrong. I contact them on Thursday, June 28th to find out when my things will be delivered. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN LEFT LAS VEGAS YET and I'm rolling into San Antonio, Texas - my final location. I'm given some BS about my delivery date not being a promised date by Summer Willey and that they have up to 21 days to deliver my things. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! What happened to "I understand .... no problem .... we can do that"??? I ask for a discounted amount to compensate for my inconvenience of living out of a hotel. What do I get? An invoice with the full amount!!!!! So, here I am, living out of a hotel since Thursday, June 28th with my two small dogs not knowing when my belongings will arrive or in what condition. I'm truly scared. I start my new job on Monday and I may have to go out an buy clothes and shoes. THIS SUCKS! If this site had a negative rating scale they would get the lowest rating possible. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!
