Mostly happy with service.

After using All American Van Lines for our recent move, we are mostly happy with their service, with just a couple gripes :) They were scheduled to arrive between 8am and 10am, and arrived right before 8am. What we thought would be a 4-hour move turned into a nearly 9-hour trek, due mostly to my huge amount of furniture :) The 3 guys were hard working and professional. My only gripe is the amount broken items we found when we started unpacking. I happened to look out the window while the guys were unloading the truck and did see some boxes fall onto the street, which of course were the boxes marked 'fragile'. We lost quite a few sentimental items, but I guess it is to be expected in a large move like ours. Overall we were very happy with the service and would use them again.
