Move from U-Haul to Storage unit

I asked ABS to move my stuff from my U-haul into a storage unit. THey showed up 2 hours late, tried to charge me extra for their travel time and damaged my furniture in the process. They were rude and disrespectful. Undeniably the worse move ever. WIll never use them again.
