The movers seem to know what they were doing and with a few minor incidents the physical move went alright. However, the driver took the long way around to get to the property. More importantly, the company overcharged. The company does not give a detailed billing until after the credit card is processed so it is hard to double check. The company billed storage rates for its wrappings and other extras. For example, it billed for 12 wraps at $7 each which was the storage rate. For a local move, the charge should have been $2 per wrap. Similarly, the company adds incorrectly adding an additional $50 to the bill. When I contacted the company, it acted as if it was looking into it.
If it wasn't for the gross and obvious overcharging, the company might be a decent mover.
