- over charged
- they demanded they had to re-pack and therefore charge more $$$$
- ruined 2 end tables, 1 armoire and coffee table, all scratched when they charged me to wrap them
- I was told they will file on my behalf a claim with insurance company and that it would take 90 days
- 120+ days have passed thay don;t answer the phone or reply to emails
