We were also told that they would be there between 9-10am. At 9am I received a call that the truck wouldn't start. We heard nothing again until 11:30, when my husband was told a second crew would be out at 3. By 4pm, we had received no word from them, and were unable to get in touch with anyone including the person who had called in the morning. At 4:30, we received a call that they would be there at 6!! We said no thanks, and after reading all these reviews I am so grateful they never showed up.
