These guys rip you off! I wish I had seen the reviews before I used them. I was quoted $210.00 for 3 men and a total of a min of 3 hours. I was only moving my bedroom and some bathroom stuff so I figured 3 hours would be sufficient. The guys arrived at 9:30am (quoted me anywhere from 9a-10a- My boyfriend was told that we would be charged $210.00. I signed the paperwork and not once did the guy tell me that he would be charging me for tape and wrapping (which i wasn't aware was extra)- not once did he say that he was using extra materials for which i would be charged through the roof for. At the end after only 2/3 men actually worked- I was told that I was charged for extra boxes used (didn't know they used extra or "special" boxes) and also all materials INCLUDING the dollies they used to transport my stuff from the 3rd floor apt (which had an elevator!!!) And I was also charged for their "travel time" back to the "office" after the moving was finished. That was NEVER mentioned. Oh did I mention, they charged me for an hour and a half to get from Livingston to Paterson! In the end he gave me an hour back-refund. Funny, because my acct was charged for the $863.49 BUT I still have not yet seen the refund of $75 bucks. Oh and they asked me for a tip!! Oh and to top that day off, I have a pair of $300 dollar boots missing! I can only imagine what else I will find missing as time goes on.
Please do not get sucked in to their low price quotes!! It is a true scam.
