The mover came to the house 1 hour before scheduled. Took inventor of what was to be moved and then claimed to be going back to truck to call into the office and write contract. And never came back.
About 1 hour later, I called into the office to see where the were and was told the got into an accident on the way back to my home and I would be kept posted.
About 1 hour after that, I called to see what the status was aput on hold for 5+ minutes. I hung up and called back and again was placed on hold for an extermely long time. I called back and was advised that they were trying to transfer me to a suprvisor but then told that there was no status. I sent the movers away. This was a blatant lie and I told them what transpired. The girl who answered th phone, would not transwfer me to a supervisor or the original contact person Natalia.
I called back 20 minutes later and again, told that there was no manager in the office.
Long stor short, they sent 3 guys to my 3 br home, they looked at the amount of work to be done and likely decided they dind't want to complete the move. The customer service was awful, the office person answering the phone was beond rude and the whole business is un professional. the name is a joke.
I will be contacting the better business bureau.
