the billing amt was suppossed to be 3 hours @$80 a hour for 3 man. There was no mention of anything else but i assumed there wiould be a charge for boxes nad tape, etc. Upon delivery at my home a bill was presented for $1130 which included additl charges for using an elevator for 3 men( they knew from the order date that the premise was on the 13th floor) and a charge for parking the truck at a loading dock. They charged $500 + for tape and other material which could be bought for $25 at any store. the supervisor named MATT was the ring leader and should never be trusted ever again. He represents the firm in a most dishonest way. Any one using them should be made aware of how they work. Keep your pants on tight as they will strip you blind. i'm sure that had undocumented workers there as they could not speak a word of English. But thats something for the imigration peiople who i will get in touch with.
