Well, what can i say, live & Learn. The sales person was good with follow-up so i figured why not. They did arrive early, before i was home and before they said they would be there. Make sure you have your own boxes for EVERYTHING. They charge me $20 for a mattress box which was really just a $12.00 box they split open & wrap ardound the mattress so they can slide it. No one told me they were charging me by the roll for packing tape, 18 rolls to be exact. THey will disassemble and reasemble your furniture, but they didnt have tools, They ended up using my leatherman tool, which i cant seem to find now, ummm. I was only moving 1 mile, one mile, and for some reason it took an hour to go across town, at $80 per hour, itis a ten minute drive, max with traffic.
Then on top of the hour for travel which is automatic, they billed me an additional half hour for travelling home. So, add in the hour to drive across town, the half to drive home, the tape and the $100 tool they i can assume they took, saving $15. per hour over the other quotes i got, cost me an additional $270.
Not recomended at all, I was so anxious to finally have them out of my house i didnt notice a few chips on a couple pieces fo rfurniture.
