Check out the Better Business Bureau on A Plus Family Movers, they are rated an F! My family unfortunately experienced this first hand. The office does not exist, nor does the staff ever respond to their customers. Do not be mislead into their services, especially if they offer storage. The Attorney General of PA issued an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance in October of 2008 due to their poor business practices. The owners should not be allowed to run a company ever again.
