This company had great sales pitch with lots of promises but when the actual move took place which was a same day move, we were over-charged by 2 hours and packing materials. This was all inclusive when the Sales Associate visited our home and gave us the estimate. The movers sure did find ways and excuses to use the full estimate and also found ways to charge for packing materials when none was deemed necessary.
On top of all this, they still left behind 3 van loads which they wouldn't take of items that were in the household.
I would advise on many estimates from various companies before using A+.
There is no A+ about it!
They do not understand what customer service is because they do not return any phone calls and there is NEVER a manager on duty whatever time of day you call.
DO NOT USE.
