This was the worst move we ever had. We only moved 1/4 mile and it couldn't have been more stressful. Loading seemed to go smoothly but we later learned from the unloading crew that the itmes were not secured properly resulting in material damage to many items. For instance, the leg of our dining room table was broken off and the apron damaged materially, our new washing machine was severely dented and wouldn't work when we arrived in our new home, many antiques were scratched despite this mover's advertisement that it is in expert in moving antiques, our stainless steel refrigerator door was scratched in several places, our armoire was cracked and the hardware to our antique dresser mirrors was lost completely. Moreover we had to get the police involved so that some of our property would be returned. They were several hours late on our moving in day and didn't leave until after 11:00 as a result. Our children neede to go to bed but couldn't because the bedding was still in the truck.
Adding insult to injury, the estimate was a total joke. We had to pay them substantially more or they wouldn't
remove our items from the truck.
I would never never recommend this company. If I were you, I would run screaming.
