Tore up my furniture that they were supposed to package up (as advertised on the website). I had a small 1 bedroom apartment to move. The movers showed up on time, but did not wrap some of the furniture that they said they would. Dragged around because they were being paid by the hour. Scratched up my leather furniture. They even rotated my bare leather furniture on my wood deck! This was a poor customer service experience and I advice anyone to pass on this moving company, unless you want your belongings tore up.
