these guys surprised my wife and i by showing up exactly on time. they schedule in 2 hour windows, and when our time was 7-9 AM, i knew there was no way they would be on time. at 7am the truck pulled up to the house. we had 3 guys who were all really polite and clean cut, not to mention all spoke english, which made communicating with them much easier. wrapped lots of furniture with blankets and celophane wrapped it down, seemed very safe for the trip. we have a ton of expensive and large art and furniture pieces, so i imagine it took them a bit longer than most moves locally they are used to. but we moved from a 2 story house into a 3 story townhouse and it was all done by 3 or 4 that afternoon. not a single item broken or missing and very pleasant to deal with. price was exactly what was agreed to with the sales consultant. i would recommend this company for a solid, predictable experience with your move.
