Too many movers confused me until I used them!

This review was due a month ago, It started with 20 plus quotes when i inquired at a moving company site It took me about a week just to get the right moving company, dealing with their quotation amount, the service duration, additional charges, insurance and some more details that I wanted to know. I thought I made the wrong move sending over my request because my phone never stopped ringing and my emails got full. From all replies and all that I accommodated I got confused. This was my first big move and I needed someone to help me, not confuse me until a friend told me about 24 hours moving inc(in fact one of those 20 that replied on my inquiry is 24 hours moving inc).I called them and I talked to a guy and a lady and both took the time to explain everything completely and answered all my questions. They made it clear what to expect and they also explained why some of the quotes I was getting from other companies seemed too good to be true and what information the others were not telling me.Since it is my first move i don't know how to give them the necessary details of the items i have, so they sent personnel to do an in-house estimates. The guy that came out, Michael, was so patient and helpful. He guaranteed to be there on the day of my move, and as promised he was. The movers came in the morning, packed and loaded my entire house. I received my things a month ago. As i expect, everything arrived safely. A leg of my dresser was broken but since I purchased a full replacement insurance, i've got a check immediately to replace the broken dresser. Fast and good customer service. They were too great and very professional. I will truly recommend them to everyone.
