I would not use this company due to their business practices.
We had furniture moved , the driver was late and took his time - so we offered to help since it was 105.00 per hour- the movers accepted our help and even encouraged my husband to take furniture up on to the truck.
One mover had a bruised rib - so he was unable to perform fully - which slowed us down.
On delivery my bed frame was damaged - and they said they would give us a damage report which they did.
But also asked us to sign a Bodily Injury release " AFTER " they encouraged us to help them . What we did not know is that we were signing a release of damage to furniture as well.
How sneaky can you be !!! Ben has just informed me that since my husband helped and he signed a release - that he cannot get the claim pushed through.
Are you kidding me !!!
Watch out - these are unscrupulous business practices !!!!
