I was rushed through signing the papers which was flag no 1 but I ignored it, I got to my new apartment and this deranged people charged me $2000 ($1680 for shrink wrapping every item they could, $100 for fuel even though I moved less than a mile from my old apt). I had to pay them before they would unload my stuff and they dropped everything i own on the front lawn and left. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND LEFT MY STUFF ON THE FRONT LAWN.
Be careful of what you get from craigslist, if it is too good to be true, then I bet you, your instincts are right. They don't have a Houston office, the owner is from New York but they advertise in Houston, TX
