Jamie asked me to write something because the few people that do complain she said post reviews, but the people like me that are satisfied with my move, don't usually take the time to post a review. So I am posting one. Overall, Jamie is new and had to ask Kelly about the majority of questions I had and at times I felt like I should have just talked to Kelly but was patient and worked with Jamie and scheduled my move. I was a bit worried at times but to be honest, the girls in the office seemed to be genuinely helpful as much as they could be due to the fact that the owner only gives them so much authority. I do know that you will have to work everything out with one of the girls, whether it is a discount or anything. I went over on my inventory and had to pay for the overage and was a little surprised, but it was explained to me that a quote is an estimated price and that when you do the inventory, if not completely thorough, you will probably have more. So if anyone reads this, I suggest you do a thorough inventory yourself and talk to the sales rep about it also. I only had a couple of broken bowls which were not really worth much, but I did have one box that was missing and they found it and shipped it to me via UPS. I was grateful since it was for my work. I would use them again. The guys who packed did a great job, even though when I first looked at them, I have to say, I was very unsure they would. Never can tell what a person is capable of doing until they are doing it. I was wrong. They were great and I gave them a tip. I suppose this is all I really need to say. It comes down to I was pleased with my move.
