Extremely unhappy with delivery in Florida

Unfortunately I have to give White Gloves a thumbs down because of the unsatisfactory, delivery of my household goods in Palm Coast, Florida. I praise the pick up in New jersey! The crew were professionally excellent in every way. On the other hand, the Florida crew, with the exception of the driver, were the complete opposite. After the driver had been waiting for two and a half hours outside my property, I contacted the NJ office to try and get some satisfaction. I was bluntly told that my concern was uncalled for as I was not paying by the hour. Two men finally arrived and then the complete let down took place. In the chaos that followed I stated that two boxes were missing, but by the end of a grueling day I thought I might have made a mistake and just signed. I have now unpacked everything and my original observance was correct. The boxes were definitely missing. I contacted White Gloves and informed them of my findings. I had to repeat the information Five times to different departments. I got the distinct feeling that nothing was going to be done. I was told that it had been approximately a month and there was very little hope that my missing boxes would be found.
