Estimate was wrong because they sent a truck that was two small.

This was a local move. Two hard working men showed up and did their job well. This was not their fault. When they showed up and looked at my stuff their first words were "We're gonna need a larger truck". I should have sent them back but I needed to get this job done so I said OK to a second trip. That added two billable hours to the job. I called the company HQ but was referred to the local franchise. That call went to voicemail and the call was not returned. They want me to jump through more hoops I guess. Not cool.
