1) According to Federal Motor Carrier Administration Tri-State Area Movers is NOT PERMITTED to do ANY Interstate Movers. Their permit was suspended in 2013. You can verify this at www.protectyourmove-com
2) They are out and out CROOKS!!!! They charged us twice the original estimate and did significant damage to several items. They set up 4 appointments to view the damage and NEVER showed up for any of the appointments! I am currently in the process of suing them in Small Claims court.
So... Do NOT even consider using these CROOKS!
Watch out... they may use different corporate names but Gavriel Avgi is a CROOK under any name
