I have STILL not received my items... they were great on the pick up side - of course they can schedule that in a reasonable amount of time but I have been waiting for my stuff for over two weeks now when I gave them a MONTH notice of when I would need my stuff out of storage. They wouldn't call or email back in a timely manner until I LITERALLY threatened to report them to the federal agency that monitors movers. And of course, they don't care about customer service at all - I realize that my contract says I can't hold them liable until October, but does that mean that they really have to lie and be rude to me?
Additionally, why can they schedule a pick up within a two day window but not the drop off?? Oh, because by the time they've picked up your stuff you've got no choice but to deal with all their appalling business practices.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
