We signed a Customer Agreement promising delivery with a specific date. It was only on that actual date that they decided we hadn't paid for "expedited service" (which was never offered) and by then the truck with our stuff was halfway across the country, in the other direction. The delivery was three days after they promised.
Their claims department does everything possible to delay the claim. They did not answer our fax. They did not answer the letter from our attorney. When we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they did respond, but the claim forms they told us to fill out were not enclosed! Now they're not answering our claim.
