Traditional was a great company to work with for moving my elderly fathers belongings across the country from RI to TX. My first contact with the company was by phone with Jim who was very helpful and very thorough about going every step of the process. He was also very good about helping keep the expense for the move down as well. Great customer service on his end. They sent 4 guys to pick up the stuff and all man were so professional, right on time and it took them just 45 minutes to finish the job. Delivery: As promised, they delivered in 2 weeks. The delivery guys were awesome too. All in all, made moving not as horrible as it could have been. They do use a lot of packing paper tho, so be ready for a lot of trash lol
