Smoothest move, ever. We moved about 25 miles from a storage unit to a new apartment in Jersey City and these guys would have done it in 3 hours, including travel and packing time had the fire alarm not gone off in our new highrise the minute we arrived. Despite the 45 minute setback, they spent every minute organizing and unloading the truck and were ready to go the second we were allowed back in the building. Plus they didn't charge us for 20 minutes we went over on an hour due to the unavoidable fire drill delay.
