I could not have imagined a worse moving experience!
They charged me 2x as much as I was quoted for, and Lisa in their dispatch group provided the worst customer service. I had to switch a flight to get to Boston earlier because she threatened to "deliver whenever she felt like it," threatening a week late.
It made a stressful time even worse.
