Pick up was late by a day, they loaded items specifically told not to (an office chair, a small table and a rocking chair all in a little group), and refused to dig them out. The load was spread out to appear to take more space than needed. I have moved 5 other times, so I know what a good loading job looks like, and because I worked in construction, I know what 3-4' of empty space looks like. The driver told me each slat in the cargo area represented 100 cubic feet, and I used 1600 cf. which was way above my estimate. When I asked about deducting for all the unused space at the top, I was told to pay up or they would unload and I could wait for another driver. Thus bullying an already frazzled old lady.
Yes, I contacted their "customer service" over 50 times (still on my phone) about missing items and got shifting story after story after story. I can hum their entire 'on hold' music score. At one time I was told this company went out of business, yet they have an active web site. How does that work? I say save yourself some grief and keep looking for another carrier!
