Pickup- 1 day late.
Dropoff - 3 days early but no extra charge onto me
loading and unloading was good no issues. Total price $1800 for 6 pieces of furniture and 40 medium sized boxes. I even tipped $100 to the loaders and the unloaders.
Once in FLorida and unloaded, I am missing 3 boxes and 2 tables. This is where the fun begins.
After weeks of being told oh it is probably left in our warehouse to well you must file
a claim. Which I did, and 6 months later I got a check for $68.
I will never use again and do not recommend. A friend of mine just asked me who to use since she is moving from Dallas, TX. I said do not use Presto.
