This company has no idea what the term "Customer Service" means. First, they arrived to pick up my furnishings two days late, then they dropped a safe down the stairs damaging the drywall. Then, I was told my things would arrive in Florida on July 1 well they never arrived until the end of July. The boxes were crushed, they had gone through some of my boxes and reconfigured them. I numbered the boxes and realized that I was missing 4 boxes. As the movers were leaving, I noticed several pieces of furniture were damaged - they said noting and of course I had already given them a tip - for what I have no idea. My furniture was destroyed beyond repair. I tried to reach out to their customer service department, which was a joke. They referred me to CSI, another joke. To date I have not been remunerated for the damages they caused.
