Do not use these people! They showed up 2 days late with no explanation, but I forgive that as it was below zero temperatures. I don't expect anybody to work in those conditions. What I don't forgive is when constantly calling customer service and getting a different answer every time. They showed up with a truck that was 3/4 full and had to stuff my things in just to get it on the truck, partly both of our faults. I had more than they expected and they quoted it wrong. This caused them to doubled my cost also.
I still don't have delivery, they haven't even left yet with my stuff and that was 10 days ago. Today I was told that they aren't even leaving for another 6 to 10 days and that they have the full 21 days to deliver in. Well, that would put them at 24 by the time they get here. Customer service got nasty with me when I was shocked at how long it is taking just to leave Chicago and told me she was feeling bullied by me. I wasn't raising my voice, cursing or pointing fingers, simply stating that I can't believe it takes this long to get them on the road.
I grimace to think what I have to look forward to once they get here. Another story for another time. DO NOT USE THEM!
