ITS A TRAPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER GO WITH THIS MOVERS. These people give us a quote through phone without reviewing the list. The first surprise starts when these people come for pick up. They didn't come in the day when they promised. I had to cancel my air ticket since the pick up guys came 2 days late. They have a lot of paper work for you to sign and they have all the blackmails dully signed by you. If you are going to take some time to read those documents sorry you are going to be paid extra time charges ($100 for every 10 minutes). Then after packing the stuffs they tell us the extra amount that you need to pay that is twice the amount that you have been quoted for. From here you wont be able to opt out since your stuffs are already packed since for opting out you need to pay 500$ for labor. At this point you will try to reach the person through phone but sorry he will never pick the phone. These people made perfect plans for your trap. I made 50 phone calls to the person who gave me quote and 20 voice mails, none had a reply. Good Luck with that!!! Then finally i was threatened and somehow got convinced by these people that i already fell in a terrible trap. Whatever date you give as preferred delivery, it doesn't matter for them. They bring the delivery in their preferred date and if you are not ready or if you are out of town you will be eligible for the re delivery and labor charges that is going to be 500$ extra. Coming to the packing, for some of my stuffs they didnt had enough room in the truck, since they do multiple orders in the same truck. i had to throw away many of my stuffs since they were full of dust obviously since they were moved all the way across the state in the open air. Some of my stuffs are missing and some are broken. These people even wont feel sorry for your broken stuffs, thats terrible. Then the delivery day comes, There are 12 steps in the house, i considered that it is less but there comes the new rule, beyond 7 steps they are going to charge $75 in extra which was one among the multiple trap agreements that you have already signed for in their big big paper works. You might think you will speak all these thing in advance with the person who is going to give you quote, but good luck with that because both on pick up day and delivery day, the person whom you talked with are not going to pick up the phone. If you are going to call them, the delivery persons are not going to give you enough time. In my case they got angry since i tried to call and they said that they are not going to deliver the goods and they are going back and that i am eligible for re delivery, storage and penalties. They advertise that they have 1 month free storage but that promise is for blind and dumb people, because 1 month free storage has many conditions behind and you are not going to fall in any of them as per you big book agreement which you had already signed during pick up. They accept only cash or money order from post office not from anywhere else. Only when the payment is done they will start the delivery else they will wait for us to go to ATM and they will threaten saying if its going to take 1 more minute then late charges apply. You cant complain anywhere guys because you would have already signed in all the documents. Its a big trap. Please dont even consider this company. These people are the biggest cheaters. Well planned to cheat you!!!! Because of these people my job relocation experience was bad!!
