New way moving services opened company to steal money and not to give services. This company don’t have any ethics.
They offer cheap quote and take $150 from you and after that they will send you agreement to sign, that’s it, if you sign the agreement its indirectly telling you to forget your money as it became their money. They will not pick up your phone, do not respond to your email. They make your life miserable as you want to plan for moving, they will put you in uncertainty state.
All the yelp comments are true, I made mistake of not reading the reviews of this company and paid them $150. Biggest fraudulent company.
No company will take money in advance, don’t believe them if they say they have driver to move your vehicle as all the truck drivers know that this is Fraud Company.
