Big mistake on my part. I did not notice that they charged me for a deposit of almost 200 dollars when I talked to the sales on the phone to "make a reservation" on 7/31/2014. I gave them my credit card information and I thought reservation means after I signed the document they would then send me. Yes, you are right. I have not signed anything and I did not sign anything. Unfortunately, when I called to make sure that I was not charged the day after I "made the reservation," which was on 8/1, the sales informed me that I was already charged. I told them that I did not sign anything, how come I was charged. Then they said it was already in the agreement/quote. They even said I signed the document. I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING. THE DOCUMENT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME as I was talking to the sales. They then questioned why I gave them my credit card information. I told them I thought they were going to put the information in the agreement, like other companies would do without charging me until the service is provided. Anyway, I felt really stupid about providing the information and not reading the quote carefully. As I felt more and more insecure with this company, I decided not to employ this company to move my car and I requested for a refund on 8/1. I was then told that I would be transferred to the billing department to discuss my refund. I was put on hold and the answer machine asked me to leave a message. I called again and another person told me that I have to send an email to request for a refund. Ok, I sent the email on 8/1 and I tried to follow up with them on 8/4. I was informed by one of the sales that I needed to send another email if they did not respond. I did. On 8/5, I still got no response, so I emailed and called again. The sales told me that she had forwarded my request to the billing department. I asked how long would it take them to reply me. She said 3-5 days. Today is the 5th day and I still got no response. This is how this company operates. Poor customer services.
