For anyone considering using a mover ... stay away from this company and/or any of their various aliases! A few of their various aliases are: National Relocation Solutions National Relocation Van Lines Green Line Moving and Storage United National Moving and Storage The Moving Company JBR Underground LLC I'm certain there are more, and have some associates working on gathering more information. All one needs to do is individually search the various aliases above—or search 1585 Sulphur Spring Rd., MD, and you will see several of the above aliases revealed. You will see names, addresses/locations & contact info repeated and/or in common between them—specifically an identical (888) 631-5915 number used for at least three of the above company aliases. Some of the common names you will discover will be "Phylis", "Ryan", "Derek" & "Alex" (there are/will be more). They will typically make direct calls from phones using a Maryland (410) area code. Here are but a few we have uncovered so far: (410) 630-8418 (410) 630-8420 (410) 630-8258 (410) 630-4817 We are collecting and tracing #'s as we discover them. We have identified a third-party that offers business comms services, including cloud phone services, call-center services, etc. That company was contacted today. They are investigating whether the #'s truly belong to their service, and if so, whose service account it is. I have had direct comms with a former victim of theirs, who provided me with a physical address, which is consistent with the 1585 Sulphur Spring Rd. address commonly used between aliases. As for "Ryan", who first contacted me as a Rep for National Relocation Van Lines (NRVL), his claim is of being from MN (though the # he called from was one of the above (410) #'s). "Ryan" initially contacted me as a "National Relocation Van Lines" (NRVL) Rep. Then, I realized after the fact that the driver gave me copies from the wrong inventory book ... Which instead of being for NRVL, was actually for one of the other aliases "National Relocation Solutions"—which has an entirely different address, multiple addresses actually. The NRVL website lists an address in Savannah, Ga. The BBB.org listing "Ryan" provided via email shows their address as being in Minneapolis, MN. Similarly, National Relocation Solutions utilizes differing locations as well. One online listing provides the 1585 Sulphur Spring Rd. Arbutus, MD address, while the National Relocation Solutions inventory document the driver provided upon pickup lists their address/location as Hallandale Beach, FL. Note the common use of the (888) 631-5915 number between multiple aliases, as well as the aforementioned common Sulphur Spring Rd., MD warehouse address. I have several images of online listings & firsthand documents to support the information I'm providing. They utilize various addresses between the various aliases, though the 1585 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus MD address is used for at least 4 of the above aliases. The BBB offices & AG's offices for their various claimed states/locations are being contacted. As for their tactics, it's a fairly standard bait & switch scheme. Purposed low bids/estimates, false claims regarding pickup & delivery schedules. Loss and/or total avoidance of contact/comms/support once they take possession of property—demands for additional money before arranging delivery and/or outright refusing to deliver—and a long trail of damaged and/or missing property. As for my experience. They picked up my property 4 days ago. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company in regard to receiving delivery of my property, they refuse to respond. So, they have in their possession thousands of dollars worth of my property, and I am left without any communications from them on it's whereabouts and/or intentions to deliver my property! Meanwhile, I have had two associates make contact with their company by the same numbers I've attempted within the past 24 hours—specifically the (888) 631-5915 number! Now that they have my property & a record of my phone #, they have simply avoided my attempts to reach them for resolution. If you research reviews for the above aliases, and focus on the true/negative reports, you'll see the pattern repeat itself consistently. Yelp seems to be the most thorough means of getting legit reviews—and it's the same results & tactics across the board re: any/all of the aforementioned aliases. Please feel free to share this information on social media sources, "review" sites, etc. in an effort to continue to spread the word.
