I went through an online bidding tool to select a cross-country mover. Several factors, including reviews online and cost, went into my decision. Though quick to respond to the request, the bid I received from Daniel was much higher than other companies. He followed up a couple of times when I missed the call during the day due to work. I was able to answer finally. I told him thank you for the bid, but I went with another company. He asked me who, and I was not comfortable sharing this information. I said thank you for the help, and he responded, yelling, "Thank you for wasting my time." And then hung up on me! What a disgusting company and sales person. This will not be my only move in my lifetime, but I most certainly will never use this company. Part of bidding is understanding that your move is not set. Also, making sure you keep customers happy so they don't go posting horrible things about you on the internet is part of the process for most of us. You should be ashamed.
