Everything about this company and my move was disappointing. The quote I was given included the furniture that I wanted to move and they did not even pack all of the items on the packing list. They left two chairs at the origin. Then up there charges because they said that I was over the cubic footage that was in the original quote. Matt said that each frame on the moving van was 130 cf, but when the van was measured it was only 85 cubic feet. I was allowed 4.5 frames for 550 cf and then was charged extra because I was over. Using the true figures 85 cf per frame I was 100 cf less than their estimate and should have not had to pay extra, I should have not even paid for what they said, but I was charged a total of $400 dollars over the estimate. They tried to charge me a fuel charge that went into effect in May and my estimate was from August. I complained and they let that drop. It was a very exasperating day, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
