I will not waste my time explaining everything that went wrong, let's just say I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Owner is a horribly rude man who cursed at me when I complained. They also go by the names of "Moving and Storage" and Moving USA. My total coast was almost 3 times the original quote. DO NOT USE!!!!
