The original individual "Shawn" who gave me the quote was misleading from the start. I was mislead to believe that my furniture would be picked up and delivered within 24 hours. The original quote was for $1699. The estimate was for 2800 lb. I depended on "a professional" to be honest and use good judgment in providing a correct estimate. Following the deduction from my credit card for the deposit, Shawn was unable to be reached. Our 24 hours turned into 6 days and the $1699 was $2684. This additional $1000 was only conveyed on the 5th day of waiting just prior to confirming the delivery date. Thanks for the notice! The money was much more than planned but not really the point. The unprofessional manner of this company and dishonesty is what counts. I hope that you will think of this situation and consider the consequences of working with this company. The website says, "professional", "No surprises". You're furniture will be taken somewhere in Atlanta and held for an undetermined amount of time until they can find some other unsuspecting individual to pack on the truck with your stuff. Even being very reasonable, the mangement is useless and will incenuate that the consumer is in the wrong. All you'll have in working with this company is lying from the start and more surprises than you can count. Please do your homework in choosing your moving company. Don't choose Moving on Time.
