Awful company!!!! Do Not Consider for anything. Poor customer service, constant changing of prices, rude, pushy, disrespectful, and arrogant.
They were super late picking up my things, walked in and immediately added $1500 to the price I was quoted and started moving my things. I shouted, screamed, and told them to stop. They constantly pushed, and pushed, and pushed and kept taking my things. They were out in the parking lot constantly blowing the horn, very rude. They smoked in the truck with my items which highly pissed me off. My computer table was broken before they got it out the door. I tried contacting the office but no one answered my calls or messages for days so I cancelled my check and that's when they decided to contact me and played dumb about what was going on. Then told me I would be charged the fee quoted to get my things back if I cancelled. I have never used a company to move and did not have any help.
As far as the delivery, I am still waiting for my things. They are now 12 days late. There was no communication until a few days ago when I was given the arrival date and time which have all come and gone. Constant excuses about the truck breaking down, flat tires, the driver being out of driving hours, blah, blah, blah.... I AM FED UP!!!!!!!
Do NOT use this company out of Florida. Its a waste of time and money.
